Thank you for the coaching with Jenny (the last client today) your words of not trying to rush out of where I am right now is what I needed to hear. I had been in a tailspin and self coached myself to a point—- but this was wise stuff !!!!

A: shut down – spin in self pity (which I can see intellectually and doesn’t serve me at all— a waste of my time)
R: no transition and I’m still where I am with n forward progression

A: turn in business strategy stuff and continue to produce
R: forward onward – let’s do this
