I’m considering skipping May’s workbook. I do my workbooks each month – so this would be a shift for me. But, I’m very committed and working very deliberately on weightloss. So far, I’ve lost 3 lbs, and I’m in the beginning of finally being all-in on this journey.
If I do skip May’s HW, I’m planning on doing Thought downloads, planning my food, and models each day.
Would you suggest sticking with this plan?
