Hi, I’d like feedback on these models, please.

T: I don’t know how to know how long fixing this will take if I don’t know what the problem is.

A: spin, don’t troubleshoot, possibly go over budgeted time, take too much time, don’t pay attention to what I’m trying that’s working or not working
R: I continue to not know what the problem is or how long it will take to fix.
