New belief help

Hi! I had a call with one of the tutors today as I am having trouble gaining traction with my new belief “I weigh 135 lbs.” This is ten pounds lighter than my current weight. We ended up getting more into the tactical items (ex. start fasting in the morning) but where I really feel like i need the help is believing that this is possible for me. It often feels impossible or like a very distant future possibility when I do my daily homework. The thoughts that are keeping me with my result (current weight) are below.
1. It’s so far off I’ll never be able to get there.
2. I’ll never be able to keep it off so why try.
3. I’ve consistently been at this weight for a long time and maybe that’s just where I’m supposed to be.

Can you offer some assistance?
