Next level Thought Downloads?

Hi Brooke,
Thanks for coaching me on worry last week- I’ve been making a intentional effort to not indulge in it. So far so good 🙂

I noticed, my Thought Downloads for this month, 60% are positive thoughts.
“It’s just math” “I’m so grateful for this solution”, “I’m excited..” “I want to…”
Last year doing this work I struggled to have ONE positive thought.

My brain is telling me, “you must not be doing it right”- which you also coached me on.
The question I have is- can I practice my Thought Downloads from my future self? Is there a next level of TD’s or is it always just thoughts that just come to mind- forever? I feel tempted to push myself for growth but maybe this is not the place.
