I’ve noticed as I build my business that perfectionism is starting to rear it’s ugly head, mainly in the form of lots of judgmental thoughts/judging myself/comparing myself. What do I do to dismantle this? I know to watch my thoughts, but they are so frequent and come up in everything, that I find myself analyzing myself like crazy. My whole day feels like it’s me just judging my own thoughts if I’m “doing it right” or not (even watching my thoughts has judgement). I know I need more compassion here… what else can I do?
