Hello coach…..I have had a weight loss goal most of my life…have tried many things…you know the drill….in my SCS work, I have noted that having a protocol is key….so I am finally at the place where I have a protocol I follow each day…it is easy, not too sexy, I feel great, no cravings, seeing weight loss….I know that this is not just a fix, but my new future self in action….I do not journal every little thing, I do not measure the food, just eat the meal/foods I have planned….am I short changing this? do I need to take those extra steps at this time? or would you suggest I just maintain this for a while and then level up if my weight loss slows? or as I get nearer to the goal weight? thanks!!
