Thanks for the response and reminding me of the question: “Would anyone in the world see this differently?”
To go further, I am curious how you determine (or how I could, while coaching or self-coaching) when someone is ready to change their thought. If I am understanding this, you sometimes say that the circumstance is not neutral to them. That might be, intellectually or “on paper”, but not effectively. And not successful to access alternative thoughts from that place.
I can go through recordings to find an example if my question isn’t clear. Thanks!
p.s. Is that related to sometimes listing a circumstance as one word: husband, hamstring, Trump. 😉
