Recommitment to Weight Loss – DH


Hello Brooke:
A couple of weeks ago I asked if you could recommend a desired weight for me. I am 5’8 and weigh 153 and I am 59 years old. Your recommendation was 125. The initial thought of weighing 125 or even 130 is a happy thought. I recall the way I felt at 130…light and slim. After the initial thought I started to doubt that I could lose the weight. After doing my models I decided I want this for myself and going all in until I reached my goal.

Here is my model.

C: I weigh 153 and want to weigh 125.
T: I doubt if I can lose 10 pounds let alone 28 pounds.
F: Defeated. Why try?
A: Continue IF from 6:30pm to 2:30pm with a four hour window to eat. NSNF and cut down on portions.
R: Minimal weight loss

T: It is a great challenge for me. I remember weighing 125 and liked it.
F: Commitment to plan. Do all I can.
A:Continue IF from 6:30pm to 2:30pm with a four hour window to eat. NSNF and no salt, monitor fat intake. Plan my meals for the week on Saturdays. Go back and listen to every OE call since I joined in February 2017. Listen to all new OE calls every week until goal is reached. Create a new food protocol. Measure my food according to OE guidelines.
R: Weigh 125.
