Self coaching and being exausted.


Often I find myself exausted after doing work on organizing my brain: thought downloads, models, and especially when redirecting my brain towards a new direction I want.
So, when I feel really tired, I usually take a break for couple of days or even more sometimes!
I feel recharged after that, but with time, I believe I am delaying my work in getting the result I want in different areas of my life.
I think it might be because I am very demanding of myself, so when I do some work for eg. on relationship with myself, I want to get huge results and maybe not give enough time?
I am not sure what’s the correct way to approach this!
