Staying rested when working towards big goals

Hi Brooke, As a Double Diamond 🙂 I’ve done the April work 3 times now. Each time I’ve gotten so much done and created results that I’m so proud of. But also, each time I’ve become sick and exhausted. I’m working hard and thinking hard and my body doesn’t seem to manage. I’m trying to figure out why. I used to schedule too little down time and have added more in this year. But I find myself thinking so hard that the rest isn’t restful and I don’t sleep well. I kept up my self-coaching throughout April but feel like my brain becomes a bit obsessive about achieving the result. Do you have any advice on staying healthy and rested when working towards big goals?
