I was listening to the podcast about the aligned model and on page 9 of the transcript you describe what is it that you are currently thinking and you also ask us to check with ourselves whether we think about our futures.
So I noticed that about me I have one string of thoughts of being a successful screenwriter who weighs 125 pounds and never need to be bothered again with weight loss or fear of writing. But there is also a strong of thoughts of the worried me who is disappointed of gaining weight back, of procrastinating instead of writing and still not figuring it out.
So if I have both of these futures, how come my reality is not created by the first string? I dream of it daily…
