The Gift of Self-Coaching

This week I realized that while I appreciated learning self-coaching tools, I kept having a fretting thought of, ‘Why I need to spend so much time self-coaching while everyone else in my world seems to have it together without needing to spend all that time?’

And this week I have decided to get rid of this thought.
It no longer serves me, it’s outdated, and I don’t want to keep it.

The truth is that everyone of us will need to self-coach at some point.
And I rather see self-coaching time as a gift I give myself rather than a chore.

This one little thought changed it all for me.

Thank you. And do feel better soon. 🙂
