Thoughts vs Feelings


Hi Brooke-
I’ve been thinking about this question and can’t find the answer in any of the videos.

Since our thoughts create our feelings is it more productive when we have a negative feeling or urge to allow the feeling/urge or to just work the thought that’s creating it? I’ve tried both and both help get through it but it got me thinking about what you would teach around this. Is it better to run the model on the thought(s) or practice the 100 urges?
