Time log

I’ve been tracking my hours recently and they consistently look like this, Monday through Friday:
Sleep 7-8 hours (happy with this)
Work 6 hours (happy with this)
Commuting 2 hours (necessary unless I move)
Caring for kids 7 hours (this is time our children are home before/after school and includes groceries, meals, laundry, errands, housework, activities, bedtime etc)
Personal time – 1 hour at night (scholars, friends and family, husband)

The biggest issue is I make no space for health eg exercise, which is a priority. Also I feel like I have little to no downtime or buffer time. This has been a painful pattern for years. I feel a lot of time scarcity. My brain is stuck in “I need more hours in a day”. What am I missing?
