Hi….I go weeks without having any strong urges to binge. I have s protocol that works for me which includes a weekly exception of pancakes or the like on Sunday. The problem arises when I make an exception for a super sweet dessert like cookies/ice cream…..I did this over a vacation. Every night my family went to this cookie place and I decided ahead of time on Thursday I would have it. I also had my usual weekly exception on Sunday. All was well for about a week and then I had a huge binge. I believe there is something about the super concentration of the sweet dessert that triggers me. So my question is should I NOT include that in my exceptions or perhaps it was the 2 exceptions in the week that caused the urge. Not sure how to tweek it…..thank u!!
