Urgency and overwhelm at work, pt 3

If I could never think I don’t know where to start again, I would have to think “I am going to start with _____”

IM
C: today’s calendar
T: I am going to start with inbox zero-ing my emails
F: determined
A: inbox zero my emails, put tasks on my calendar, rearrange my calendar
R: I start with inbox zero-ing my emails and create a plan for today

What comes up for me as I think of this is a frantic/urgent feeling, like, maybe it’s anxiety or overwhelm. I think the thought is something like I don’t know which order to do things in.

UM
C: today’s calendar
T: I don’t know which order to do things in
F: anxiety
A: spin in my head of the possible ways I could do things in, like I’m trying to find the “right” order to do things in
R: I do nothing in no order and my mind is in disorder

IM
C: today’s calendar
T: I am going to get everything on my calendar done today
F: committed
A: do what is on my calendar
R: I get everything done I planned to get done today
