Week Schedule


I always choose to not schedule more than one day in advance. I have this fear that I won’t follow through (disappointed) and that I’ll be too strict on myself when the time comes (trapped) and that I won’t see the value of the schedule time when it comes time to do it (anxious). In reacting to these thoughts, I simply schedule one day at a time and budget time in that next day to schedule the next day but I feel like I’m missing out on the peace of mind that a scheduled week would add. Any suggestions to get over the resistance of scheduling multiple days in advance?
