I lost 30 lbs over the past year, and now I’ve gain about 5 pounds back. My model is:
C – my weight
T – I don’t know why I’m gaining
A – same eating/drinking pattern
R – weight gain
I have the same protocol – 2 meals between 11am and 7pm, no flour or sugar, and am eating the same foods I always have (veg, protein and fat). I stopped drinking for 6 months, and have been adding in more alcohol as my intention was not to quit permanently, but to be a very light drinker (1-2 drinks once a week at social occasions). I’ve increased that amount slightly. I know that could affect my weight gain, but not sure. What tools on the site should I look at first? I would love clear next steps. Thank you.
