Weight loss and excercise


Hi. I have lost 15 pounds since mid-January by staying on protocol, permitting urges and doing Models. I have been walking occasionally, without making it too much of a focus, but instead enjoying as time permits. At one point, I was also getting involved in Orange Theory and as with most things that I do, I was becoming very competitive in it and it seemed to take over ahead of the weight loss. While my goal is to lose another 20 pounds, I also want to build a firm toned body (don’t like skinny fat). Since the weight loss has been a struggle for years, do I focus on that alone or with a combination of an exercise program?
