Weight Loss Protocols-PVD

Do you start off by writing out what you are going to eat everyday in advance? I know this seems simple, but I was just avoiding wheat and sugar, but I tend to do bad when I work overnights, so now I am right out what I plan to eat such as – Lunch salad with protein and some avocado, Dinner fish with brusselsprouts shredded and some canteloupe for dessert.
