When Do I Change My Protocol (And How)?

So I’ve done very well with my overeating urge jar: I’ve lost seven pounds and the jar is almost full. However for the past week I’ve been bumping up and down the same 0.4 pounds, losing and gaining, losing and gaining. (I still have a lot of weight to lose, I’m not in the last 10 pounds or anything). Is this too early to think about changing my protocol? Should I give it two full weeks before I make any changes?
