When is a C a C? :)

Hi Brooke,
I’m sorting out how to know whether our C’s are truly C’s in our heads. I intuitively have known that anything in the past is a C (loved your putting it to words that way – Boom). I believe I am skilled at separating T’s from C’s.

My question is how to identify something that looks like a Fact on paper, but is sneakily 🙂 not neutral. I’m fascinated about how when you are coaching someone you observe that it is not neutral to them (paraphrasing).

Are these ways I can identify a truly “neutral in my mind” C:
1) When I can see both sides of a C (situation) from a Watcher perspective? Then work on the thoughts that create suffering?
2) When I get peaceful, permanent resolution using the model?
3) Other?
