Hi Brooke, well, I plan my food ahead of time, track i, and then it gets to 5pm or 6pm and I have a few wines and then eat all the things. This has happened two nights. Obviously I need to include alcohol in my protocol and the urge system for this? That’s the only thing I can think of, but it is totally throwing my success off! Any advice on how to deal with alcohol during this month? Many thanks.
