Any advice for weekend eaters?

Hey there! I get so fired up on Monday and do great with my nutrition and sticking to my protocol during the week Mon-Thurs, but on the weekends I get off track. I’ve been struggling with this for years and is one of the reasons I joined scholars to stop this cycle. Last week I even lost 3 pounds but when I weighed myself on Sunday I had gained the same amount back.

I’m trying to figure out why that is. But I think it’s a combination of eating out, socializing and not having meals and snacks prepared like I do during the week.

Do you ever allow yourself “extras” on your protocol for a cheat day or cheat meal?
