Booze?


I was on a diet last year and had great success. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months. It called absolutely no alcohol what-so-ever which I found difficult to stick with. I’d like to follow this program as described but I don’t recall hearing any restrictions on drinking wine or whatever. For the Lose-8 lbs-in-June class/program, what are your recommendations for alcohol consumption. I know there are lots of sugars in wine for sure, so this question popped up for me.
