My question is about the breakfast. I used to consider my breakfast as the main meal of my day (lunch and diner are very light). I swim (or run) half an hour every morning at 7am, then I come back home, have for the breakfast Yogurt, cafe with lots of milk.
In order to lose 8 pounds in June, I know I have to take in the morning only a coffee and very little cream. It is VERY hard for me and I keep taking milk (1 big glass). Is it the reason why I don’t lose weight (or very little) ? Thank you! And thank you for all at SCS!
