Bullet Coffee?


Joined SCS for the ‘8 Pounds Down’ in June program after months of listening to your podcast. I’ve been skeptical about the value of SCS, but after listening to the first session of 8 Lbs Down, I’m a convert: Your way of thinking about weight through future/past/present self was mind-bendingly new, as was the homework around observing our thoughts on the scale/in front of the mirror….yet so intuitively spot-on that it makes me open to and excited about learning more in all the other areas!

Question: In the morning, I usually have a bullet coffee — black coffee w/ 2 scoops of collagen, 1 tsp ghee, 1 tsp MCT oil. Do you know if this will prevent fat adaptation from occurring?
