In the protocol you suggest that we eliminate all sugar and flour. If I’m sure that I won’t be able to sustain no sugar or flour for the rest of my life, is it okay not to do this for the month of June…of course, I know this would affect how quickly I would lose weight in June. I would like to find a protocol that I can use for the rest of my life so I don’t continue to gain and lose weight like I currently do.
