Hi! If I follow the two-meal a day plan and skip breakfast, does it work if I still have coffee with cream? That’s my favorite part of mornings! I feel like I could actually skip breakfast no problem, but not my coffee! Also, would it be hard on my stomach to drink coffee on an empty stomach?
To add a little context: I’m 5’3 and weigh about 126 lbs. I don’t really want to lose 8 lbs in a month, I think that might be too much for me. I just want to trim up a bit, maybe lose 2 lbs? We’ll see how it goes. I definitely want to stop eating sugar (I currently eat it daily and it’s probably my single worst habit, which I’m trying to break.)
But that’s just some context about me. My question still remains: if I skip food for breakfast, can I still have my coffee with cream?
