Hi Brooke,
You talked about having the compelling reason and that the compelling reason should be more compelling then immediate gratification.
I’ve been working on my weight loss for a couple of years now and what often happens is that when I am in a situation when I seek immediate gratification, no compelling reason is strong enough. I’ve tried several compelling reasons, I’ve tried to do 7 whys etc, but in the movement when I want the immediate gratification nothing else matters.
What should I do in these situations to stay with my reason to lose the weight?
