HI – I’d like to talk about the idea of constraint with the goal of weight loss. I’ve put a protocol in place and have cut out flour and sugar from my diet. I find myself with a lot of time because I plan my meals in advance. I have been feeling my urges which seem to be lessening every day.
I’ve stayed away from spending time on other goals since I am trying to be constrained and reach my goal, which is to lose 50 pounds.
I have been losing about a pound a week. (i lost 30 pounds already since last fall)
Does constraint mean I don’t work on any other big goals until I reach my goal weight?
