Hi! I have thyroid disease. Since my diagnosis I have gained 24 lbs, after decades of being within 1-2 lbs of my ideal weight. I am enjoying the protocol and the fasting and working on my thoughts and urges. The problem I have is that I have not lost any weight. I think my protocol is good. I don’t see room to improve it. I’m okay with a slow pace as I know I’m dealing with a medical limitation, but I wondered if you have had clients see no weight loss even with good adherence to the protocol, and if so, I would love ideas on thoughts about accepting the pace and being comfortable with not being like others. Thank you!
