Hello!
I am sitting at my desk at work. I have eaten the meal I planned and brought with me. I do not feel hungry but I also do not feel satisfied, I know these cravings are being created by the withdraw from sugar and flour.
My current model looks like this:
C-finished eating lunch
T-I want to eat more
F-deprived
A-focus on how uncomfortable I feel
R-possibly eat more
I would like to create a new model and would love help with creating a new thought.
