However, even if I am at my goal weight and I am off sugar and flour (except for planned exceptions), I am still struggling a lot with not desiring food and big quantities those days. I think a lot about it and eat off protocol sometimes. I am afraid that I am on the wrong way and that I will take the weight back.
Do you have any very concrete advice to help me figure out how to change this pattern?
