Hi Brooke,
I often get stuck on a longstanding belief that if I am really tired, eating can help give me energy–especially something sugary/sweet. I am stuck on how to change this way of thinking when the tiredness is a physical symptom however I know that the sugar isn’t the right answer in that moment. Any thoughts on how to get unstuck or thought download /use the model for when this arises?
