Hi Brooke,
I am sticking to my plan, although I notice at dinnertime I might go back for a second helping of veggies. My protocol says “lots of veggies” or “a big salad” so technically I am not breaking my protocol but I am wondering about your thoughts about this. I have lost 4.5 lbs since starting this journey 9 days ago, so I think I’m on the right track but I can see how this might turn into a slippery slope.
