Hi,
I’ve been trying intermittent fasting as Brooke suggests for a few days now. It’s new to me as the first thing I’ve always done right after I woke up until now was having breakfast. I’m always hungry when I get out of bed.
I manage to go a few hours without eating in the morning but I feel hungry and sick. I wanted to know if that was normal, if that was just my body adjusting?
