Hi Brooke, I joined Scholars this month specifically for the Lose 8 Pounds in June and am thrilled with the content and coaching so far! I have 15 kg (33 lbs) to lose to get to my goal weight of 65kg (143 lbs). So far I’m down 2.9kg (6.3 lbs) – I can’t believe it and am so proud of myself! After watching the Stop Overeating workshop I’ve gone all in and drastically reduced sugar and flour and have started intermittent fasting, something I previously would never have even attempted! Yesterday I did an 18 hour fast and managed really well.
My questions are: 1. How many days per week should I be fasting?
2. I have just recommenced F45 classes (5 per week) – is it safe to fast while doing this amount of exercise?
