Hi!
Between meals I sometimes find myself thinking about food. I am not hungry, but I get pleasure anticipating eating my next meal (and I know it is going to be a “boring” meal of vegetables and protein!). I look at the clock and think –“I get to eat in an hour!” Is this an urge? Is this part of the sea of misery that I will eventually pass through? I want to get to the point where I rarely think about food and only use it for fuel. Thanks!
