Hi Brooke. My name is Emily, and my question is about grief and weight loss. Some context: in February of this year I lost my only brother. He was 36 years old and died from leukemia. I was there when he passed and his death is a moment that replays in my mind. I find myself either eating for comfort – Nutella straight from the jar, chips, anything salty and crunchy, pizza. Then, after I comfort eat I’ll go through a period where I hardly eat at all. These big changes in diet aren’t helpful to my health or weight. It’s almost like a yo yo diet. How can I stop this cycle?
