how to eat in relation to exercise when intermittent fasting


I am working on the Lose 8 pounds in June – Brooke recommends intermittent fasting, skipping breakfast and starting your eating day with lunch. I have 2 questions:
– I wake up at 4:30am and to be work at 6:30am and am awake until around 10:00pm. By noon, I’ve already been awake for many hours and some times I feel ravenous. Does it make sense for me to wait until noon, or should I be eating sooner? For example, should my first meal be fewer hours from when I wake up or does it matter?
– What does Brooke recommend regarding eating in relation to exercise? I try to work out in the morning before work, should I eat sooner or continue with intermittent fasting and not eat until noon.
