How to Feel

I hope it’s ok to use this forum for my comment. I just wanted to thank you for your willingness to be so vulnerable in your “How to Feel” coaching session yesterday. Your coaching is always inspiring and you come across as a strong, confident, and knowledgeable coach, so watching you go through the same emotions and difficulties as your students struggle with was such a humbling moment. I feel much more confident now in knowing that my feelings and emotions are normal and not a weakness. I just wanted to say Thank You!
