Hi Brooke,
I broke my protocol on the weekend and ended up overeating to deal with emotional triggers. I watched myself revert to old patterns of managing my emotions with food and as a result went back up 3 lbs on the scale. I am accepting that this was a learning opportunity for me and prior to June, I would have never looked at this situation with such clarity around how I buffer with food. I wondering if you have any suggestions for how to recommit to myself after breaking my protocol.
