I am a 6 meal a day type of person – 3 small meals and 3 small snacks. Intermittent fasting would be a big change for me. I’m 5 pounds away from my goal weight, so I’m willing to try something new to get there. My question is, after I do intermittent fasting and reach my goal weight, will the weight come back if I return to 3 meals a day? Right now I’m feeling a lot of resistance to fasting becoming a new lifestyle. Thank you!
