Hi Brooke! I have been using intermittent fasting on and off for the past few years (before I even knew you suggested). The reason I have never stayed on it long time is because I read that it can mess with your fertility long term. I am in my mid 20s now and want to ensure I don’t mess with my fertility :). I just read that on a few websites but I know there are many other experts who see no issue.

Have you heard or read of any issues with fertility and intermittent fasting? Would love to do it forever and want to get your insights on it.
