Hi there, I’ve watched all of Brookes modules on weight loss and have been intermittent fasting for several months now. I’m fat adapted and have no issues with the protocol. It’s fantastic! My question is: Brooke seems to be a big advocate of skipping breakfast, as opposed to skipping dinner. Is there evidence to support skipping breakfast is better than skipping dinner. When teaching intermittent fasting, Brooke barely makes reference to any other eating windows other than noon-8pm or 4-8pm, so I’m really curious how/why she settled on this. Are the benefits of intermittent fasting not as pronounced if the eating window is from like 9am-3pm for example? Currently I’ve been doing 10-6pm eating window, and thats been fine, but just curious what you guys recommend. Thanks in advance!
