So excited for this month. While I know your program this month is about LOSING 8 lbs, I am currently pregnant and have always struggled with my weight since childhood (currently obese and in my first pregnancy). I still want to learn about your concepts to apply after I deliver…and I am also hoping many of the same concepts for weight loss would apply for healthy weight gain, healthy diet, healthy relationship with food while pregnant.
But If you think otherwise, could you please let me know, or comment on this when doing your presentation so I know what concepts to be careful with given I am pregnant?
