Hi, I am 12 pounds away from my goal weight. I have been stalling at the same weight for over a week. I keep giving in to little snacks and eating at maintenance. In the morning I do great and then between 3 and 8 I always tend to give in. I know that I should just let the urge in, feel it, and not act upon it, but I keep just following through. Is there any advice you can give on not letting this happen? Intellectually, I know it’s as simple as not eating food. But I keep doing it anyway. Maybe advice in the moment to not let my primal brain take over? I seem to just catch myself eating without much thought. Thank you
