Lose 8 lbs program & marathon training

One of my “impossible goals” for 2020 that I set for myself back in February was to run a marathon in October. I know that part of the reason I set that goal was because I wanted to be more active, healthier overall, relieve stress and lose weight. I have not lost a single pound in 89 days of training and I know that is because of my eating habits (and thoughts surrounding it). I am starting the “Lose 8 lbs” program today (a few days behind) and I am wondering if there are any considerations or issues with intermittent fasting and long distance training/running? I run 4 days per week with the “long run” on Saturday. Just curious if there is any feedback here. Thank you for all you do! I am thrilled to be here! 🙂
